Denon D5000 w/APS AV3 cable, or D7000?

They would be about the same price....I wonder how they would compare?

Has anyone had a chance to compare an AV3 cabled D5000 to a vanilla version of it's larger brother?

D7000 if they are the same price. (You can always upgrade them later )

Yeah, I'd go with the D7000s. If you're willing to spend the $$, might as well go to the top of the Denon line, both to hopefully head off future upgraditis and because the D7000 seems to be more universally liked around these parts

its a very nice can when its left stock as well. with mods it is said to be insane and HPA after hearing one had to get a la7000 and says it gets headtime over hd800 and stax.

No mod will put any of Denon cans above even HD 580...

LOL. a better senn I could understand that maybe. But 580 are very weak compared to even the 650s they lack depth and clean lower end.
