Nano 4G vs. 5G SQ out of HP jack only?

I'm looking to get one or the other in the next few days.

Has anyone listened to both of them straight from the HP jack (no separate amp), who would like to comment? How different is the sound signature between the two, if there is any difference?
I could care less about the camera or any kind of video play back. Only using it for music.

As with the increase in bass and warmer signature of the 2G Touch to the 3G Touch, the Nano has gone the same way.

Listening with my Shure SE530's I found the 5G Nano had nicer bass. I'd pick the 5G over the 4G. The FM radio in the 5G is nice too.

I did buy a 5G Nano having previously having a 4G Nano but needed 32GB+ really so took the 5G Nano back to the Apple store and swapped for a 64GB Touch.

I think I bought the Nana 5G because of the radio live pause alone.. Comes in handy sometimes

What ? You mean them having both in stock or because they took the Nano back?

Its a 14 day return policy in the UK with Apple.
