"Y" splitter to connect speaker and headphones?

Is there a high quality "Y" adaptor I can use to connect both my A2 speakers and Denon 2000 headphones to the sound card jack on the back of my computer? Or is there a better way to connect the headphones?

I can't use the front headphone jack on my computer case because of interference.
