Suggestions would be appreciated for balanced headphones to use with my Rockhopper B22. Price range is open ended. Music preferences includes rock, jazz, big band, bluegrass and a little classical. Thanks in advance.

I would consider both the HD600's and the DT880's for this.

Both of them are suppose to sound significantly better balanced.

AKG K1000.
I find the β22 to be a really nice match for it.

LA7000 might work for classical & jazz and I hope that HD800 will work with everything. Can't wait to get my balanced beta 22 & Buffalo32S DAC.

I have a pair of 650s with a balanced cable which is very enjoyable. I'm just trying to add some others to the balanced group, which only consists of only the 650 for now.
