Suggestions would be appreciated for balanced headphones to use with my Rockhopper B22. Price range is open ended. Music preferences includes rock, jazz, big band, bluegrass and a little classical. Thanks in advance.

I would consider both the HD600's and the DT880's for this.
Both of them are suppose to sound significantly better balanced.

It might be new toy syndrome (I really don't hope so though) but my new balanced Edition8 does everything fantastic

Till now I find HD600 one of the most balanced heapdhones ,but since I have not used other so can't say about others .

I have a pair of 650s with a balanced cable which is very enjoyable. I'm just trying to add some others to the balanced group, which only consists of only the 650 for now.
