burning flac files to CD

Thread Starter
If I have a flac file and I want to burn it to a cd, I first convert it to a wav file, and then burn it. Am I distorting the quality of the file by doing this?
Nope!
FLAC is lossless, and decoding it into WAV will not introduce distortion.

No, it's more like unzipping, there is no loss.

As others said...nope, you are not losing quality.

But i like to say....you are losing time!!!
Don't know which O.S. are you using. For Windows for example i use "burrrn" (you have it in free and portable version to give a try), and it does what you do but internally, saving your time.
The classic Nero has plugins too to help you in this way, and avoid the boring process of uncompress the files manually to later burn them.
