they are, the preorder starts at independent record stores on the 17th of april, i dont remember exactly which day it actually comes out. But it comes in a wood box, with a 7in vinyl and the cd, i think the vinyl has an extra song too, and instrumental intros or smoething, youd have to go look at the smashingpumpkins website to double check though.
