Sennheiser IE7 and iPod Touch 3rd Gen??

Hi everybody!

I've just purchased a pair of Sennheiser IE7s and am now in the market for a new music player. I have a Sansa Clip at present which is great but I need something which loads a lot more music! Basically my options are limited as I'm using a Mac and had my eye on the new iPod Touch 64GB model.

I'm a bit concerned about the sound quality from what I hear it's nothing special but I do need the storage and compatibility. Is the iPod all that bad? Has anybody heard how the 3rd Gen Touch compares to other iPods?? I really don't want to carry an amp around with me. Is the Touch a good choice? Would there be any more options?

Any advice would be great!

The 2nd gen touch was said to have better sound quality than even the Sansa Clip. I used one of these and can say that it had great sound quality. The 3rd gen touch is said to have improved on the 2nd gen touch sound, so go for it!
