I assume you meant to write Dynahi, and yes, I have, damn the monster runs hot. As I said, I liked the unbalanced Dynahi more with K1000 than a balanced Dynalo. With other headphones, not so much.

A Headfier who's opinion I value, currerntly has the RPO10B-MK II and owned the GS-X recommended the RPO10B-MKII.

Another friend & Headfier who owns the PRO10B-MKII also recommended the RPO10B-MKII.

Some headfiers recommend the B22 or GS-X over the PROB-MKII

I will not go for the B22 as it involves a builder whom I don't know and I could end up sorry.

That leaves me to choose between the RPO10B-MKII and the GS-X.

It's a tough decision, in a tough world!

Don't you already have the nx-33? How do you find it? I've read that all the rudistors share a sound signature. This might tell you which direction you should go for.

I personally would go for the GS-X because I believe that an amp should not impart a flavouring on the sound. What source are you using?

Unless you're going to use fully balanced setup, the NX-33 is not worth any attention. I compared it side by side with the Lake People G99/2 and Lake People's jack output was more natural and better overall with both balanced and unbalanced sources. The G99/2 (now it's G100) is much cheaper as well. I couldn't believe the RP-010B is near the NX-33 league. The latter is reported to be obviously inferior to the RPX-33 and this one is not yet the RP-010B MkII. Sure it's best to try before you buy, other amps as well.

Hello XII,
I love my NX-33, great with Ultrasones, HD650.
My judgment to SQ may not be accurate, as I am not a spring chicken!
However I love the Rudi sound!

For my source now I am using:
Mac Book Pro => Beresford TC-7520 => NX-33

So I built a 4channel B22 with a fully shielded 120 VA transfo, Vishaydale POT, Neutrik connectors, 18awg silver cables..and it costed me a little over $1000

It left me enough money to buy solid silver cable to build myself very good quality interconnect cables.

The sound is stellar and I am not even a pro builder just an amateur DIY'er

You cant go wrong with a B22! Try building one yourself..its a lot of fun
