These are unopened gifts to the various members of my family, whom already had ipods.
They were payed for with money.

Definitely NOT hot.

Yes. try going to the apple store, and buying one out of contract.

better yet, try finding an unlocked one for such a sum. i forgot to mention, the above iphone is unlocked. Oh well. I'm gonna take it off.

Sorry!

I have a silver 16gb of the same generation, and mixed the two up. the above mentioned is 8gb. sorry for the confusion.
