325is recable for balanced- can I use the stock cable?

I am new to the balanced thing and I got an incredible deal on some 325is phones. I need them balanced for my Phoenix. I did my D7000's without issue as there are four wires but what about the newest Grado wire, are there four wires in that?
Can someone give me some info regarding the wires and their polarities?Thanks

The Grado cable has 4 wires so sure, you can reterminate them pretty easily.
