I see that whiplash cable is at least $20.xx cheaper than the similar looking cable from Krispy Kables (on his sale price anyways). At the ALO is a few more shekels than that. I personally like the look of the wire from Craig @Whiplash, and the sound is really good.

thanks =P yeah it seems pretty similar. I like the plug on the whiplash but I like the cable on the Krispy's more. but yeah the ALOs just cost a fair bit near a bomb. there is someone in Aust selling the Krispy's for the same price as the Whiplash. I just haven't seen anyone talkin' about the cable here so I'm a little hesitant? that and there are also other cables like the one from headroom, head direct, etc which all retail for less than 50. I wouldn't mind going up to 100 for the cables if the price can be justified, but I really don't think I would pay the crazy amount for ALOs, not just yet until I have a good rig up.

You should really consider the Whiplash Audio LOD offerings. Craig will be releasing a small "Micro LOD" with SCSCag wire and a Viablue mini connector. I've been burning in the prototype on my new 5th Gen Nano and Shadow and it is the most amazing combo.
