Circumaural is around the ears, and your impressive mod does not change these headphones from supra-aural to circumaural.

I'm actually enjoying 1Time's posts here. People just throwing out suggestions without bothering to actually read and consider the criteria the OP requests are better off not posting at all.

To be fair though, the list of criteria makes it hard to even think of a single headphone that meet every demand.
