has anyone been able to contact kabang or um email? I have emailed them if they received my package, but they haven't answered for a few days.

Jacky
Just keep sending emails till they answer thats what i do and they reply alot faster that way. Just send them till they get so annoyed they have to answer. Its not asking alot to answer 1 small question about a package being received so i just blow up their inbox till i get answers.

Lol it's more like I give you a small component of the tv and you make everything else ... But I'm tired of this argument.
For all those who want to get the tf18 instead just put in mind that there is a certain risk of failure involved

end discussion
if you want a warranty - don't get remolds thru unique melody.
Then maybe we'll get emails replied to quicker and remolds returned faster =D
TBH I didn't even think about a warranty when I got mine lol.

Yep, the most important i think is they give you the remold period if first time doesn't work.

that is a pretty standard offer - most companies offer a free remold period upon delivery of your product.

by the way, firing emails to both kabang and um at the same time seemed to yield satisfactory results. you might want to try doing it this way.

I posted this review on the Fisher Hearing thread, but since I'm talking about Unique Melody's extra driver in these quads - I figure I should post here as well:

I just got my mod triple fi's from Fisher Hearing tonight. I'm LOVING them. Mine are different than most - since Unique Melody had previously added a mid driver, and I'd bought them from another forum member.

The look is imperfect, but still very good. I have translucent black IEM's with a clear faceplate. I see tool marks and the occasional odd bubble. But I look at them worn in the mirror - and the result is just awesome. The imperfections are not visible at all - they look great. I plan to put pics up this weekend.

What I wasn't expecting was the freaking outstanding seal. Based on comments from other forum members - I didn't think they'd seal as good as comply tips. Which I've used on other iem's. Also - the best seal I'd ever gotten was using silicon tips on the stock triple fi's. Until now.

These customs fit tight - and it took me a while to figure out how to push them in all the way. At that point, my very loud computer - can't be heard at all. Same with the fan in my bathroom. With comply's and silicones - the volume was reduced but not eliminated.

The sound quality is as great as I could possibly want. Keep in mind, mine are different than most.

The bass - probably because of my fit, the bass is outstanding - often startling at times. More than I need, perhaps more than I wanted. The mids are lush and intimate - now very much up front. The high's still sparkle - but so far they seem smoother, less prone to harshness with certain tracks.

The Re0 (going by memory) might be a hair more detailed - but for my needs, these are now superior in every other category. I can't even imagine what the new 6 driver triple fi's from Unique Melody must sound like.

By the way - my source is a new Ibasso D4 amp+DAC connected to my PC. I briefly owned a Govibe Petite - and I'm convinced the D4 is on a whole other level. I couldn't be happier with this amp+DAC. Even listening to the stock TF10's I have - the amp tightens the bass, and makes the mids sound more forward. Still slightly recessed, but almost not noticeable.

Feral and Pacify shows they're characteristics, come one. What does frankentee-eftens mean? Lol. I don't hate it, i just don't think it's the best name ever. It's funny and a great nickname, but wouldn't make that great of a name for a monitor on sale
