i sent in like a request just on info for the reshells monday. and still they haven't gotten back to me :( I just got my a pair of used jh13s in the mail and have an appointment the 6th. i'm just confused on what colors to get, and how to send pay for the reshell of the jh13 since they have no option for it, maybe it might be standard reshell

I have question are these recessed cables or non. the guy i talked to recommended recessed, but he said flush would be for jh13 cables, these are used jh 13s but i dont know kind of cables these are . and he also said westone cables would work too, but i would be sad to take my westone cables for my w4s. I probably might have to buy the UM 50" cable but i don't want to do that.

so if i were to buy cables seperate, and my jh13 reshelled with unique melody with recessed socket. what cable type would it be JH/Westone or Westone Recessed. I'm ordering from chris_himself .

Make sure you ask if C_H can do recessed connectors - they haven't in the past, so don't get stuck with something that doesn't fit.
 

Very cool - makes sense to offer them since most prefer recessed sockets.
 

Have to ask u guys. Will the JH cables work with UM recessed socket?

I'd like something not too bassy but more detailed, i prefer to hear more instruments and details of music. HD 650 is kind of bassy but the transparent and details are very good which i care about

I currently own the UM Mage. I would say that it would suit your sound signature. UM Mage is geared towards clarity and realism rather than being bassy. There is still the solid and controlled lows but not boomy.

The Miracle definitely has some potential for you, then, and is worthy of consideration.

The Miracle is detailed and has a bass which is unobtrusive but has a majestic sense of scale and rumble in atmospheric music such as film soundtracks (Bladerunner, Gladiator etc.).

I feel the upper mid presentation of the Miracle is slightly forward of neutral, but the overall presentation across the entire frequency spectrum is largely what one would consider 'neutral'. Definitely not 'V-shaped', then. Mostly neutral, with a slight lift to the upper mids. Very capable bass, but the bass response minds its own business until the music specifically calls for it.

The Miracle is beautifully detailed in the mids and, to a not-inconsiderable extent, in the treble. It lacks ultimate extension in the treble, but it will more than satisfy the majority of listeners in that part of the spectrum because it does have a detailed treble sound. Female vocals and acoustic gutiars are catered-for very satisfyingly by the mids and trebles of the Miracle (Alison Krauss, for example, sounds simply gorgeous through the Miracle, which puts me in heaven...)

If you're looking for a syrupy 'warmth-infused' presentation, the Miracle would not be for you. They're not 'cold', but neither are they 'warm'. In that respect they're very neutral.

The single most defining aspect of the Miracle, to my ears, is, by far, their incredible spaciousness, which is a real joy. I really dislike IEMs/CIEMs which have a somewhat claustrophobic presentation. The Miracle is absolutely not guilty of this, by any stretch of the imagination. average_joe often remarks that the SA-43 is notably spacious and I don't know how the 2 compare, but I seriously doubt that the Miracle would lose any ground in terms of spaciousness of presentation.

Please note that, like many CIEMs, the Miracle needs at least a couple of hundred hours of use before it settles into its real character of presentation, and that, again, like many CIEMs, it must be driven properly or the bass and treble will not be properly controlled. This is very important for balanced-armature CIEMs because they often present a very variable and very low impedance load to the amp/output stage which can be challenging to damp and to control effectively. It's entirely par for the course but needs to be taken into account to avoid disappointment. I say this from personal experience, since the Miracle was my first CIEM and hugely disappointed me until I replaced my Cowon J3 with an iBasso DX100, and then the Miracles absolutely sang!

thanks for very detailed overview :) i will be using it with Hisound Studio V 3rd ANV, do you think it will shine enough since Studio V is very good at driving IEM but not with fullsize headphones compared to DX100?

I don't know about the Studio V 3rd Anniversary, but I can say from personal experience that the Miracle plays very nicely with the Rocoo BA.
