hey Craig, after seeing your post on low profile lod, i was reminded that i will be getting the Pico slim soon, and will need a low profile lod then! anyway i'd seen a couple of designs, when a right angled plug is used instead, making the lod EVEN more low profile. check it out:

Hey!

Based on the wire design, this configuration is important. I can change connectors, but overall design is mostly set..

DIY vs creating a whiplash design will be different. The wire and layout is what makes this an unique product. I need to keep to designs that are "manufacture" - able in mind.

I can change the connector...

Thx!

Is there much noise (microphonics) from the upgraded cable with the JH13?

There is some when the wire is rubbing against another object. In sone cases slightly more than a recable full range headphone. The sound improvement certainly outweighs the microphonics IMO.
Thx!

The sound is killer. I must admit that its crazy good.

I'm using the viablue connector which adds durability and more importantly amazing sound!!

Oh actually I was asking how much it weighs, like in grams? From looking at the pictures it seems like it might be a bit heavy and inflexible for use on the go?

How is the bass affected in the Livewires 3, by the silver and copper wires respectively?

Personally I find stock LW3's having already great bass quality-wise but a little lacking in quantity still.
