FS/FT: Ultrasone HFI-780 w/Mogami cable

NO LONGER FOR SALE

Ultrasone HFI-780 MODIFIED with 6 foot 24AWG Mogami 2534 cable terminated with 3.5mm Neutrik. Drivers and housing have been modded with dampening material to remove vibration. I would estimate 200 hours on the headphones, about 120 hours on the cable. They have never been burned in, just listened too. There are some hair-line scratches on the outer covers which are only visible under a bright light. Headband and ear pads are in perfect condition.

Includes original box, carrying pouch and binaural demo CD.

How has removing the dampening material affect sound quality? Does it just reduce vibration?

Dampening material is just to remove vibration, I can report there is none what-so-ever!
