Rio Carbon 3.02 or 3.04 firmware?

Hey all,
I'm looking for the 3.02 or 3.04 Rio Carbon firmware. I've looked around the internet for days trying to find a working download but none of them work anymore. Well, not completely true; I found one but when I run it only a DOS screen pops up and then nothing else happens.

Would anyone happen to still have this installer lying around or know where I can find it?
