Well yeah I bought my shadow right before I found out about the Rx and I talk to pfillion a lot who has both and I had the extra funds available and BAM

Yeah, and it's a slick charger because the part with the prongs is removable so you can interchange tips for different countries.

Ken emailed me saying he had a silver one he can send out immediately (I got overnight shipping) or he could send out a black one tomorrow. I told him to go ahead and send the silver one but never heard back...I hope he got my message .

I think so, yes. I've been using the iQube steadily for over a year and was very happy with it, but the Rx is better in every way. All frequency ranges, amazing sense of space and depth, precise instrument voice location, dead quiet. The iQube is veiled by comparison, which I would never have said before. It even looks like the battery run time isn't far off; I get something like 40-50 hours from the iQube's eneloops (never timed it precisely, but in there), and the Rx is in something like the same neighborhood with IEMs. I wasn't eager to live with a 13 hour run time, but it seems you don't have to.

It also makes a very nice package with my 5.5g iMod. Again no problem with the iQube, but the Rx is usefully smaller.

We now have a decent supply of Rx's in stock now, all black however and silver and red will be in later at the end of the month. We apologize for the shortage!!!

After having change the power supply,
First RX Géneration is soon a Collector Amp.

i was wondering with regards to the silver and red bodied amps, what colour will their faceplate be? in the 1st page, i see that you offered red/red, red/black, silver/silver and silver/black. i'm interested in a red bodied black faceplate unit. are you still selling those?

I think he can do any combo that you want when he has the chasis in stock but right now as you can see he only has black.

can someone say more about changing the gain? I would be using this with all high impedance cans. I assume the amp has no problem driving 600 ohm headphones, or HD650. Though, I know, the bigger the amp the better...yada yada
