IPod Classic question

I recently purchased an IPod Classic 120GB and have a question. The click wheel on mine seems a lot less sensitive than my old IPod Video 60GB. I have to really push hard to get a response from it. And sometimes I get no response and have to push an option like pause and then it will respond so I can turn the volume up or down. Is this normal or is mine screwed up?

Definitely screwed up. I'd try to update the firmware (if possible) as a last resort, but honestly, just take it a Genius Bar and they'll swap it out within a matter of minutes.
