Of course these are possibilities. We are moving forward with the the new model that will contain changes based on Headfi comments. FLAC is one example where that format seemed to be a format that everyone was expecting.

Other formats will certainly be an option. Once the Pro2 is release, your (and others) opinion(s) will be greatly appreciated!!

Any word on when the second version of the Amp3 will be in? I am patiently awaiting mine but you still haven't received them yet correct?

Ok....LATEST UPDATE!!

They are currently wrapping up product and should be on there way by the weekend. I should have them hopefully by next week!!

I personally can't wait since lots of effort has gone into this...

Plus I'm very curious on headfi'ers reaction on the STUDIO I. Lots of great comments so far. Now we need yours!!

I was thing about get a amp3 pro2, but now I think I am going to wait for studio I. when it is coming out?
I am patient, but I really need something to replace my ipod or cd player.

This isn't a "yay me!" post or anything, but Craig has graciously agreed to send a STUDIO I out to us at the October 3rd Custom Electronics Midwest Head-Fi meet in Omaha. We'll have plenty of pics and impressions after then.

***UPDATE***

Upon final QA check when shipping the Amp3 Pro2, there was a slight issue with the newly designed button. There has been a minor delay in shipping because of this. The problem has been solved and they will release the product by the end of the week. This also includes the STUDIO.

I apologize for the delay. All efforts are focus on making sure all of the details are looked at. We should be happy that they caught the mistake early before final shipping took place. Plus, remember that this is a new model and design. The turnaround time to make a new product is amazing IMO.

So, again I wish I had better news!

BUT, the problem is solved.

What are the chances of being able to use the money I sent for the Amp3 Pro 2 towards the Studio one. I could PayPal you the difference. Please let me know. Also, if this is possible, the Studio could be sent to me by the end of the week?

Quality is our main goal. hisoundaudio is going through a series of tests in order to make sure that these are above par. I know that sounds like fluff, but I'm serious about making sure we "deliver".

So if it takes a few extra days in order to make sure they pass QA, well then it does.
