Just for reference, I push my Sennheiser HD650 (600 ohms) out of a Ray Samuels amp using a 3.5 mini plug. It's more than adequate, it's perfection. Not sure if that is the concern or not.

Hey, let's re-inflate that bubble...
I use a Grado 1/4"-to-1/8" (wired) adapter to use my HD650 with my AMP3-Pro.1, and it works really well. It's still on my "TO DO" list to try that with the new Pro.2.

OK right yes 300 Ohm Of course that is it's nominal rating. Not a constant by any means. Peaks in the music can easily make the load as seen by the amplifier well in excess of 600 ohms

Just a reminder that I am getting BOTH a Studio One and an Amp3 Pro2.
I'd still like to know if there is any synergy going on between the Studio and the ATH-W5000 before I pull the trigger on a pair.

Have you tried a different interconnect? It sounds like the plug is not fully seated for one reason or another, or is defective and you end up with a shorted mono output.

For the last 2 days I have been trying to track my AMP3 Pro2 via the USPS track & trace website but its unavailable, is there any other way I can track the whereabouts of my parcel.

The first AMP3 sent from Craig mysteriously disappeared and now I have no idea where this one is currrently situated, The wait for this player is becoming more and more frustrating.

I've had this before.
It will probably be stuck in customs.
Ring the customs office and they should be able to update you.

Is there a way I can pay you extra for quicker shipping with tracking info and possibly insurance because my order now consists of the Studio One, the Amp3 Pro2 AND a pair of recabled Zino's. The wait is absolutely going to kill me I just know it.
