Got my RTM version from EA, much better than Vista. Using it for last couple weeks and did not have any issues.

I installed Windows 7 Pro last night and liking it so far. 1 PC down, 3 to go.

Will XP VM come supplied or allow you to download with all versions or just Pro/Ultimate?

You're allowed to download it with Pro and Ultimate.

Not that you should need it; I've yet to find any programs that don't work in Vista/7.

Probably more for business apps, of which there are plenty that require XP and earlier. For example, Dad has some 80's MS-DOS applications he still needs to use on occasion that won't work on anything beyond XP x86-32.
