If you were to read each individual feedback left by each person who had a transaction with that person, I think that would give you a better overall picture of the sellers/buyers character, then just a single number (like on Ebay).
Unless someone does a complete 360º, you stand a pretty good chance of getting the same experience as other's have, in previous transactions.
