One year on, and trose49 still owes me close to $2k

Well it's been more than a year since that happened.. and i got exactly $0 back

Since then, here are a few things that i found out. He owes another head-fier a chunky sum of money, Kamal007. If i remember correctly, it was more than todd owed me.

Back then it was close to AU$2k that he owes me, for a brand new pair of ultrasone edition 9s and a zune.

Visited head-fi today just to see what's been happening and look what i found:

Unless i missed the part where westone was giving away free $1k+ IEMs, then todd, you are an absolute scum of the earth. It's been 2 years whirlwind of emotions for me too, just a (slightly) different kind

I had (foolishly, obviously) thought that he simply was caught up in the terrible financial situations of the world. I'm done.

I never liked that guy, to be honest...and now I have yet another reason to do so!

Seriously though, that really, truly sucks. Surely you know his address, right? Can't you send the local police or an evil, buff friend to "check up" on him?

Yeah, I'm surprised that it's been a year and you still haven't taken any legal action against him, or have you?

I mean, $2K is a lot of money..

The mods should take action if trose49 does not (assuming the accusation is true). HeadFi-ers must honor their agreements.

trose49 should offer restitution for the grievance - return the Ultrasone Edition 9, the Zune, plus a premium for the decrease in resale value of the items. Or sell some gear (like the Westones) to raise the $2000.

trose49, you're digging yourself in a deep hole by doing nothing. There is still time to act and salvage your name, but it is running thin.

Have the local police been contacted?
Man this guy is amazing.
Luckily you have his address. Call the cops and tell them to find him or his family.
