Kure Beach NC Mini-Meet 9/12/09

I'm having a small mini-meet Sept 12 in Kure Beach, NC at a rental beach house from Noon until 5pm, give or take. I'll PM the address to anyone interested who's in the area. It's about 45 minutes south of Wilmington, and 2.5 hrs from Raleigh.

Bump.

I'm bringing my ESP950s with SRM1, Denon 2900TA, Hafler power amp, and rotel RC1090, plus my esw9s, grado hf1s and hf2s.

I'm thinking I'll bring the SRM-T1, Stax Lambda Signature, and SR-Lambda. Not sure on what source I should bring yet.

Pfft, Radioshack only has the stock Blue Hawaii. You gotta go to Best Buy for the SE version.

What good fortune! I happen to be in NC to buy some equipment from the good DannyB, and will be close enough to drop by this meet. Since we were comparing gear, I have most of my rig with me and will bring it to your mini-meet. K1000, K240, K401, Total Eclipse amp, Audio Alchemy DAC, fileserver, Squeezebox, etc.

I'll see you guys there in a bit!

Cool coincidence! I got lost on my way home from work the other day, picked up a Scottish hitchhiker, and we just happen to be really close. He had some really strange headphones, TaketT or somesuch. I only have demo JH13s with me along with the real thing, some ESW10, n_maher woodied 225s, Yuin PK1s, a hard drive or two, and a pico. Is it alright if we stop by?

How fortuitous. I was doing my hurricane spotter volunteer duty this weekend investigating an atmospheric disturbance around Wilmington. Turned out not to be a hurricane after all, just a convergence of three lawyers. I only have my K340, LCD-1 and Pico, can I drop on by?
