I'm sure this thread is mostly close but i was wondering if some of you could tell me what opamps to mod first, secondo, third for better sound..
I want to try to mod the 9632 with burson discrete opamp..
Also i would need pictures with circle that point the step and what the opamp are on the card... (analog stage etc..)
let's say i would like to use
http://bursonaudio.com/burson_opamp.htm
http://bursonaudio.com/burson_clock.htm
http://bursonaudio.com/burson_super_regulator.htm
which of those mods would give the best sound in order of importance and why, also how with pics and circle :)
I really hope somebody will awnser :). I think the clock mod would be awesome and the JRC replaced by burson dual opamp
Also i could maybe use cheaper opamp for now for those that will not affect the sound that much...
I want the best result without the high cost but still want to use burson part for what is important...
I wonder if the burson power regulator could be install on the RME card and where, and how it would affect the sound...
We all know that computer power supply are not that good for audio so maybe the regulator would have a big effect on the RME sound..
Anyway what is nice is that i could do it in steps...
Let me know if your interested in this project and have some ideas, plans, photo's to share your experience..
