I'm selling my venerable bel canto DAC2 with a mod by Edwood to deliver a true balanced output.
SOLD, shipping and PayPal fees included, to CONUS.

Items Included:
• Bel Canto DAC2+
• Original Box
• Manual
• Original Faceplate and Screws
• Stock Power Cord
• Digital BNC to RCA Adapter
Mods Include:
• Blackgates for all Electrolytic Capacitors.
NX 1000uF 25V
FK 2200uF 35V
F 100uF 25V
• Power Supply's bridge rectifiers replaced with HEXFRED Diodes, bypassed with ceramic snubber caps for high frequency noise filtering.
• Stock RCA and Coaxial SPDIF connectors replaced with much more durable Cardas GRFA PCB mounted RCA's, and BNC connectors.
• Balanced output added with Vampire XLR Chassis Mount jacks, with Homegrown Audio SC-3: Solid Silver 3 Strand Braid (both the RCA and the XLR outputs work simultaneously).
• Front panel was replaced with custom machined one.
This is an amazing DAC that I am selling only because I am liquidating my entire balanced rig to save some money. This is a great DAC for a balanced system. Works flawlessly and delivers a smooth analog-type sound.
