You CAN'T get one!

The following clip is what I think of every time the T2 comes up in discussion. And yes, usually a T2 clone is implied because of the extreme rarity of the original Stax model. Please note that I'm "outside the fence" on this one, just like most of the rest of you :D

 

 

 

Reliability and availability issues (not to mention expense) of the T2 are what make the BHSE an attractive option (also the BHSE build quality and aesthetic are beyond reproach; clones can't touch this), though almost anyone who has heard a T2 will admit it's the best electrostatic headphone amp they've ever heard.

Be my response wasn't really serious. Was just teasing Macedonian hero back. Although I admit a tiny part of me was hoping for PM offering to sell me a T2. Hint hint
