The Cosmos Factory album cover is awesome! That said, the album itself is so phenominally brilliant that the cover couldnt possibly compare. So contextually, it's rubbish.

The Tino Thriller rip off is pretty damn bad:

Cattle Decapitation - Humanure

I'd post the cover but it's too disgusting. Do not look if you're eating!

Hands down it is Sweet Sixteen by Royal Trux. I posted a cover scan of the album in a similar thread two years ago and a moderator wasted no time deleting it.

I find the cover for Load by Metallica to be a horrid choice for cover art, especially if you know what the image is.

Here's a description of the image from Wikipedia:
The cover of the album is original artwork entitled "Semen and Blood III." It is one of three photographic studies by Andres Serrano created in 1990 by mingling the artist's own semen and bovine blood between two sheets of Plexiglas. The liner notes simply state "Cover art by Andres Serrano" rather than listing the actual title of the work.

Yuck. Why put that on a cover. I have the album. I use the image on the back of the CD case as my cover art image.
