Hey guys, i'm debating between two different headphones, both the edition 9, but one's stock and ones' recabled by ALO. Any input on the difference between the two? Are there any internal modifications done or just a recable?

The Edition 9 as you might already know is no longer in production, and I no longer have any
. The good news is the ALO Modded Edition 8's are a wonderful segue. The mod and re cable I did was only the recable and no internal modification were done. The re cable had better tighter bass and a nicer decay, all around nicer fuller mids.ken

Thanks, Ken. But my question also applied if I was to get one of your fine edition 9's modded used or a used stock edition 9.
