The Ramos T8 - and the many clones - have quite nice internal speakers. You can pick up some of the 4GB clones on eBay for about $60, and they're mighty nice music players, either with headphones or the internal speaker. They're kind of large, but you *do* get a 4.3" touch screen, and they go for about six hours on one charge, playing MP3s. I've had one of the clones for a while, and have pretty much nothing to complain about.

For spoken words, and music to, I haven't heard anything come close to Nokia 5800 and Nokia N810. Even my Nokia N97 is far far away :-(
