I may have been in a cave but I just learned of this singer Josh Groban. His voice is probably the most effortless and transparent i've heard.

Wondering if anyone else has this opinion.

He's a Tool

While he has a good voice, I find him to be very bland.

While I'm not a huge Groban fan (or Celine Dion for that matter), you might also like Michael Buble who has been pretty decently recorded (not great recording, but his voice is pretty clean if that's your fancy).

Too limited choices imo.
I like his voice, but he is far from amazing.

he...............is one of the singers who makes me cringe when I hear................there's a lack of honesty in his singing or at least it comes across that way..... I feel like I'm watching Aladdin or some other Disney Movie every time I hear him sing a song................He's technically very good, but he is not a singer I am interested in in any regard.

I've recently discovered Josh Groban.  I think the guy has some serious vocal potential.  It has been a while since I have stumbled across an english vocalist of this caliber (a dieing art).

I think I felt what others above me felt in his new album illuminations. But I was always a fan of his duet with celine dion on "the prayer."

I think the vocal technique for josh groban is not yet refined. Sometimes I find his voice to thin compared to traditional tenors or baritone voices in opera classics.
