Disappointed with not receiving free ear gels after 8 months of waiting

Amy,

I've been waiting for my free ear gels which I have registered and exchange numerous mails with "promedia@klipsch.com". I've been told that it will be delivered in January 2009. Now I'm thinking of getting a new pair of IEM, and I've noticed that I never actually gotten my free ear gels.

This is really disappointing.

Please email me directly with your information and size you need, and I'll be sure this is taken care of. The response to this program has been overwhelming, and although no excuse, some orders may have fallen through the cracks. For this, I apologize.

Amy, Derek Schultz replied to my email that I've sent to them yesterday.
Hopefully this time I will manage to get the free ear gels. Will get back to you in about...3 weeks?
