Responding to your comment, do note that balanced input is not a requirement to attain balanced drive. With transformer loaded single ended tube amps, the balanced output is derived via a center tapped secondary winding in the output transformer, yielding a differential, balanced signal. |
Appreciate the explanation on the balanced terminology, I am still learning about this balanced deal. I had no idea that there were 3 ways to achieve a balanced drive.
