First and foremost, I'd like to apologize for the fact that I'm completely new with cables, jacks, etc. So, I own a pair of Grado SR60's and was wanting to make it detachable. I was wanting to make it detachable and was wondering the easiest way. M budget at the moment is not extremely flexible at the moment but am willing to spend enough to make it decent. Any recommendations on plugs, female sockets, cables, etc. Anything would be appreciated! Also, places to buy them from (websites) would also be extremely helpful. I live in the US if that helps. Thanks again!

You might want to ask again in the DIY Forum - you'll be more likely to find help with this sort of thing.
You might run into trouble if you put jacks inside the cups: the drivers are tuned to that specific chamber volume and sticking a jack in there will change it. However, there might be some workarounds that will still get you what you want. Hopefully, another DIY'er has done something similar.
