How can I use a 3.5 mm earphone where only RCA female jacks are available?

Is there a high quality audiophile short Y cable available that has 2 male RCA plugs connected to 1 female 3.5 mm jack?
Thanks.

RCA female jacks mean it's a line out. You don't want to connect your headphones to that.

It could be a preamp output, which would work. Depends on the design. What exactly are you plugging this into?

I am looking to plug a Monsoon MM-2000 Planar Speaker System into a mhdt Paradisea DAC.

The monsoons have their own volume control, right? If so, you want this, or something like it.

The Monsoons do have their own amplification and volume control.

You are right on about the type of cable I need.

I am wondering if there is higher quality cable available.

You could have someone make one. All you need is the female 3.5mm jack (from Neutrik) and your choice of RCAs. Wire could be anything.

APureSound - Where The Music Is Always Pure - APS Audio LLC.

Alex here will make you a VERY high quality wire, should you want one. Order a 1/8" extension cable with 2 RCA ends. He'll know what you're talking about.

Can't you read? It says "Premium"..
But in all seriousness, I've used several monoprice cables, and they're quite nice, especially considering what they cost.

Of course

Wondering if the OP should chime in here with more details....
