small, "dead silent" DAC/amp combo for IEMs?!

Hi,
I'd like to use my Phonak Audéo PFEs at the library with my notebook. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a good and reliable DAC/amp combo which is "dead silent" (read: no hiss at all) and reasonably small.

Combos I've tested so far: HifiDIY.net Mini USB DAC, Audiotrak Dr.DAC nano, Audiotrak Dr.DAC prime, StyleAudio Carat Peridot.

All were quite nice with my full-size cans (ATH-W100) but were hissing with the Phonaks / other IEMs quite badly.

Any suggestions for a nice, little DAC/amp combo for IEMs? Bus-powered would be nice, battery-powered would be no problem, wallwart would be... well I'd not complain.

Budget: <= $200 (excl. shipping)

Thanks and best regards,
bearmann

iBasso D2+ Boa maybe?
I have not heard this specific model, as it was launched just 4 days ago, but I found its predecessor to be a really nice little DAC/Amp.

Thank you for your opinion, krmathis. So far, the D2+ Boa looks nice, indeed. Only question is, if it's as silent as I'd need it...
Anyone with first hand experiences?!

best regards,
bearmann

Maybe you can email iBasso for a signal-to-noise or noise floor measurement?

That'd be an idea... I'll try it. Thanks.
