Given the quality of Jmoney Audio's other earpads, I think the price is reasonable. Skip a restaurant meal or buy a less expensive bottle of Scotch and presto! you have an extra $40 and these pads cost $120 - $40 = $80.

I'm envious of the apparent cleanliness of those who only need one set of pads. What I'm wondering is why HugoFreire needs 4 sets of pads.

Besides being thicker than the HE90 pads, the stock Jade pads have harder leather and foam and don't compress at all. So with the HE90 pads installed on the Jade, the drivers sit closer to the ears. Some kind of spacer between the pads and the Jade housing might be a good idea.
