Pioneer A-109 headphone jack

I just bought a Pioneer A-109 amp second hand. Is the headphone jack supposed to accommodate a normal 3.5mm jack? It seems much to big for my little 3.5mm jack to fit in so I'm thinking that it must be broken? Unless I'm being stupid and it's designed for a bigger jack...

Any help? Thanks.

As I can see from the pictures, it's designed for a 6,3mm jack, so just buy a converter, and you'll be fine!
