Joni is a great artist with many great songs. I'm still in the process of figuring some of her records since I hardly own all her catalog. I voted for Blue: besides great songs, it sounds just beautiful and is very well recorded.
If you can add Wild Things Run Fast, I suspect it could get a few votes also.

Court and Spark and For the Roses are excellent, too, but I feel like Blue kinda combines the ethereality of Roses with the sort-of grounded pop-i-ness of Spark.
I voted for Ladies of the Canyon partly on the reasonable basis that it is my only Joni Mitchell album and partly because I find her version of Woodstock haunting.
My three favorite Joni songs are Paprika Plains, The 10th World, and Dreamland. All three are on Don Juan's Reckless Daughter, so that is why that one is my favorite.
