If it's possible how do I make a stereo mini -> 2 speaker cables (not how you solder but which colored wire go to which solder point)?
I think it is possible (i believe 1 of the connectors is a ground but am not 100%)
Is the red or black connector on a speaker the ground?

stereo mini: tip is left channel, middle is right and base is ground.
speaker: black cable is ground red one is signal.
With a cheap multimeter, this should be enough to get it right

I don't understand what possible use a mini to speaker termination would have.

you may want to read wikipedia about the mini stereo. there are some things to watch out for, like current draw, shorting when plugging in...
it takes 5 minutes but may well save a piece of equipment.
