I have a friend who thinks decent audio equipment is the factory speakers in his 79 Cadillac so I decided to let him see what the Porta Pro's sound like. He was really impressed and then when he went to open the lid on the old Panasonic he broke the back where the lid hinges on it. I guess these things don't last forever, lol. At least it still plays my beat up cd's better than any other. I guess I will just have to use some elastic bands to hold it tight at the back to keep dust and crap out.
