RE2 build question

Does anyone else have a rather large gap between the two molded halves of the RE2?
just wondering if I got a defective one. I think I'll just end up filling it w/ some glue, though, because these are way too good to have to wait two weeks for the repair. (with an amp, these totally beat out my ne-7ms.[even with an amp. ])

How big is the gap? A close up picture will be useful.

well, it's not that big. something like .2 mm or less, but it still make me worry they might come out.
and I tried the pics, but My camera is kind of outdated, and it + me doesn't take good enough macro pics to be able to really see the IEM clearly. (I'm a terrible photographer)

.2 mm is normal. do not try to compress them forcefully beyond that. the housing might yield. Give the glue a miss too. the housing is stable enough in its current state.

No cause for worry! =)

I think I remember a gap in my RE2 as well. Don't worry about it. Though if you can, try posting pics.
