Hi, I have the Ultrasone HFI-780 with the velour pads. The instant I put them on they feel very comfortable but after 10-20 minutes my head starts to hurt a lot because of the hard clamp. I read around and some people used memory foam to fix this issue, but is there another way to make it not hurt my head as much? I would buy memory foam but I don't know where to.

You can very carefully open them up a bit to reduce the clamping force on your head. Do a search to find out how.

hold the headband with both palms. put thumbtips on top of the headband. like trying to break a stick, bend the heaband. The mid porion of the headband is made of rubberlike plastic it wont break. There is a metal plate inside. Do it 2-3 times u ll notice the difference instantly.
