Working on it. It depends on how early the hotel is willing to open its doors. Larry's going to let me know, but I'd like to make it as early as possible, like maybe 8:00 even. We wasted a lot of time re-setting up the table configuration the hotel gave us and I'd like to account for that this year.

Yeah, I'd bring like $50 cash with you just to be safe. I ended up throwing $20 to dinner and like $20 into the raffle last year, plus lunch at some point.

The Silver Ghost (balanced OTL amp I designed)

The transformer coupled amplifier with one tube in an enclosure that didnt come out quite as hammer toned as I would have liked. (another amp I designed. Single ended but cool as hell. And that is its name)

Melos SHA-gold eargasmatron

Headphones:
HD-580 balanced
Denon D5000 balanced with DIY MarkL mods
Beyerdynamic DT-880/250 single ended
Grado HP-2 balanced
Grado RS-1 balanced
Grado SR-60 single ended
Grado RS-60 (SR-60 drivers in an RS-1 shell, If they are done in time)

Sources:
MCM beresford clone with some DIY mods, and cheap DVD player as transport.

Random dreck:
Monster-Power conditioner
A bunch of cables
balanced to single ended adapter cable
4-pin XLR --> 3-pin XLR cable

Someone mentioned wanting to set up a TT rig in the planning and date picking thread. If you bring the record rotator (turntable), I'l bring my phono-cartidge signal decoder (bottlehead seduction tube phono-stage {if that interests you}).

Wow, definitely interested in hearing the eargasmatron.

I just called the hotel and uhhh, well, I'm going to have to have Larry call them and tell them to set up more tables than for 30 people. The square footage isn't an issue... we were in a tiny conference room last year that was maybe 600 square feet? And she said the one this year is more like 1800 square feet. She also said it was no problem and that they could put more tables and chairs in the room for us to set up ourselves, but I'd rather have them set them up if at all possible. Anyway, I'll give Larry a call later if I can locate his number and see what's up. One of us will have to visit to assess the power situation also.

I'm really really hoping I can be there- I plan to!

Can bring any gear in my sig if there's interest, but still trying to figure out a source - preferably digital since I have the dac and all... just don't wanna lug my PC there - far too much gear where that is concerned...
