I have HD555s and a CMOY ATM, and I'm really looking to upgrade that setup. I'm thinking along the lines of HD600/HD580s and a Zero DAC (friend can bring this from China for ~$100), or something like new phones with AlienDAC+Millet Starving Student tube amp.

What do you guys think?

Budget: as close to $300 as possible (headphones will be bought used).

Music I like: My Last.fm
