^HD800 is not as awesome as the price suggests. Detailed yes, musical not. I far prefer the HD700 but of course amps can alter sound greatly.
heard them on my micro tube and on a WA6SE which drives them more than adequately.

I have tried a HE-60 but only for 30 mins that's not enough to start talking about the sound , hate this attitude ....so juvenile

Please guys take this with a grain of salt , sorry for being so audacious

What is the matter with you ? Simran said he was going to AUDITION the 800 and I asked him if he had. I did not ask for impressions, reviews etc. Geez, the audacity of some people. Get your eyes cleaned and read the post properly before typing.

All, I just got the V-Moda XS ON-EAR headphone. Smooth clean sound, quite neutral and very musical. For people who want to spend less than $250, and want headphones on the go, this could be a useful HP. Check the V-Moda website.

Cheers

how do they compare against the Sennheiser MOE?

I had the Senn Momentums over the ear HPs. They are a great pair of HPs. The only difference I feel (and I'm way too early on the V-Moda) is that the Senns are just that little bit warmer than the XS. Obviously fit will be slightly better but I've had the XS for an hour straight now and no issues. The XS sound is very clean with beautiful kids and treble.
