Got to this thread from HiFiVision, and glad to see it !
I'm living in India and manage to get gear from frnds coming back from the US.

Currently I have a much loved pair of Grado SR60 and an Etymotic ER6i, which turned out to be a nightmare........too intrusive...good sound though..

a Fiio E5 amp driving my Grados is the best i've heard till now, but there's miles to go i'm sure

On the wishlist
-An entry level DAC + Headphone amp, i'm looking at the Hotaudio DAC "EXTASY"
-AKG K701

sorry couldn't resist posting eventhough this was meant to be a roll call for Indians in India...I am from Kerala, right now in u.s but my heart is still in india .

My gear is in the signature. The DT 880 is a recent addition (only 2 weeks). I do have a Bithead + Shure 210. Trying to sell the Shures to get a full size portable.

^^Wow, you are building a Beta22. Where are you sourcing the parts from?
This has to be the first Beta22 in India.

If you ever visit New Delhi, do visit me.

I am in Coimbatore. I am a complete Noob, who's just got interested in all the stuff. I do not know much, so I keep my purchases to < $100 items just to get my feet wet. I'll however upgrade to high end stuff in a couple of years time.

Already the damages to my wallet due to a mere registration at Head-Fi is a lot more than I wanted

^^ Hey thanks to me I saved you a bundle by getting the Bravo amp for less than $100 !!!

@Vandal - Wow ! A Beta 22 in the house ? Awesome !

Hi All, I am from India as well. Good to see quite a few having gear with in the country. I live in the UK and I am a native of Nellore (AP). My next rig would be a Stax, had enough of these Dynamics.
