FS: 80gig white ipod video (now up on ebay starting at $99) last day!

I am the second owner of this ipod, the previous owner kept it in a case since getting it and didn't use it much. I kept it in it's case and didn't take it too many places, it has very few scratches and looks really good. There is a problem though, it is having battery troubles, the only solution I see is a battery replacement which is an easy DIY fix that costs about $10 and just takes a few minutes. when plugged in it turns on fine, everything looks good but about 5 minutes after being unplugged it goes dead.

My reason for selling it isn't that I don't want to fix it, it's because I am getting a new ipod as a present so I really have no need for this one. It currently has roxbox on it and still has all my music, it can be wiped if the buyer would like that.

after looking at the back of this ipod again I realized I don't think I've seen another ipod video in as good a shape is this one, barely a scratch on it. I also have a shiny new case back that I'll throw in for free.

a bunch of people watching but no bids yet, If a head-fier wins the auction I'll be tossing in that case back and if they need/want it a pair of ipod earbuds still in plastic and the USB cable

also here's a photo for you guys, I realized I don't have any with the ipod turned on so I took one of the ipod next to my phone which has today's date and time on it
