I wish I had come across this thread before I ordered my V2 IEM cable last week. He never anwered my e-maill so I called earlier this week (Tuesday AM) and I was informed the cable will be going out later that day or the next. So far nothing. Doesn't look promising.

I ordered a balanced TWAG2 on September 02nd. WHIPLASH advertised up to 10 days delay = OK.

I contacted Craig last week because no reply to my mail. He told me balanced is a bit difficult to make, but "tomorrow I'll have it".

Since, nothing.

I do not doubt he is gifted to create cables but he is certainly not gifted, nor organised to do business.

In my job, if I work this way, I rapidly loose all my customers.

Happily, I paid with PAYPAL, and opened last week a procedure of dispute. At the end, on October 5th, I'll ask PAYPAL for refund and shall order a CARDAS cable, at a serious on-line dealer with STOCK !

In this period of world crisis, no place for handymans !

Craig has sent me mail of explain and apologize for the delay and proposed a satisfying arrangement I had accepted.
I don't want to carry him prejudice so let me cancel my excessive reaction !

i spoke to Craig like over a month ago through PM (my order was placed on Feb 2011) and i had to remind him of what i order all over again.  went through the details and agreed he will ship everything when its ready.  I sent and email more than once to know whats the update but he's not responding and i am fed up with this ..............i recommend finding another place to order cables !!!! trust me and all the people on this thread !!!

Something was shipped today !!! after 8 months of waiting !!!  but i hate resorting to being an ass with Whiplash to get things done.  But you gata do what u gata do.  Now the question is will i get everything i ordered or will there be something missing.  Well we will have to wait and see

What is happening with Craig? Earlier, his response and service was excellent.

 

Just 2-3 weeks back I had sent him a TWag cable for repair or replacement. His communication was top notch, but once the cable reached his place, his hasn't replied to any of my emails, nor has he picked up his calls or got back to me.

 

I don't mind the delay, but I really don't like vendors who do not communicate at all. 

Anyone know why his sponsor forum is only an archive now?

Whiplash doesn't appear to be listed as a sponsor anymore, that could have something to do with it.

Even if something did happen you could always create a PayPal dispute.

That's not what you were asking at all. I answered your original question.

So how do I get in touch with him? He isn't replying to my emails or answering phone calls. Anyone know if anything happened to him?
